About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants and Caregivers to join our home care team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients who need assistance with daily living tasks in the comfort of their own homes. Your care will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Prepare simple meals and support safe eating habits

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

• Assist with mobility support, transfers, and safe movement around the home

• Offer memory care support, reminders, and guided activities

• Monitor and report changes in the client’s behavior or condition

• Follow individualized care plans for each client

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment

• Ensure all care is provided according to health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous PCA or caregiver experience in home care or a similar setting is required

• Knowledge of memory care or hospice support is a plus

• Ability to observe and report important client changes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to client well-being

• Must pass all required state background checks
